Every facility is different, and not every lean tool will provide the same ‘bang for the buck’ – so we make sure that your lean implementation addresses the issues that will truly transform your business and delivers the maximum benefit.

Every lean project includes training and coaching of your management team and shop floor operators. Our workshops are typically on-site and are individually tailored for your business and your team.

A typical project would comprise 4-6 stages, with each stage based on a 1-week on-site  intense working session, with a Praesto consultant and your small implementation team. Out of that visit there will be a number of key action items for the team to complete, and your team will work on these before the next visit. Praesto will stay in close communication with your team, via online meetings, phone and email between visits.

The project will culminate in the ‘line live’ event, with the new lean line up and running and major lean disciplines in place. We will always follow up and support the line once in place, to ensure that your management team is fully able to complete all outstanding items and also to keep improving and developing the new lean system.
